Scripture is rife with pictures of Jesus’ deep compassion and His heart for serving others. He healed the sick, fed the hungry and brought comfort to the brokenhearted, all while teaching the Good News of God’s Kingdom. Through His words and actions, Jesus made it clear that a life of service reflects the heart of God. 

“The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.” Matthew 20:28
