Love in the Name of Christ

This ministry helps churches help people. Love INC mobilizes local churches to offer a holistic approach to caring for people in all areas of life: spiritual, mental, emotional, relational, material and physical.

Through the LOVE Help Ministry, church volunteers work in the Clearinghouse Call Center and spend quality time on the phone with each caller to discern their immediate and longer-term needs. Volunteers screen the requests, verify the needs, and then refer the requests to a local church ministry, church volunteer, or community agency. After people are helped, the Clearinghouse follows up to ensure the need was met and to offer continued spiritual support. 

Moving Forward Together is a series of classes that address the needs of the whole person — physical, financial, emotional, relational and spiritual. This 1-year to 3-year program offers free community classes from September through May.
