We’ve been humbled by the many ways God has used the people of Christ Church to address our neighbors' spiritual and physical needs—both around the corner and across the globe. We’re thrilled to celebrate a new chapter in the story of God’s impact in our community. Thanks to the generosity of so many through the LIFT initiative, a constellation of Christ Church’s local need-meeting ministries will soon come together under one roof at the LIFT Center, located at our Butterfield campus.
To help people on a path toward greater flourishing, the LIFT Center will focus on four key pillars.
- FOOD | We will serve hungry families through the LIFT Market open multiple times each week.
- CARE & RESOURCING | Along with our legal ministry, we will form a volunteer care team to walk with guests through every stage of their journey.
- EDUCATION | Educational opportunities like ESL and job and life skills training will be offered.
- COMMUNITY | We will deepen our partnerships with local schools and park districts, host community dinners and open our newly enhanced gym to neighbors.
