Altar Fly Fishing

Soul Care for Leaders

Altar’s mission is to guide people to live a greater life with God, themselves and their most valued relationships through fly fishing retreats and outdoor adventures. Altar offers life-shaping retreats that weave the art of fly fishing with intentional soul, life and leadership coaching as well as time for personal reflection, rest and renewal. The goal is to help participants determine next steps for greater soul health, resiliency and impact. Altar’s primary focus is on pastors, ministry leaders, non-profit leaders and marketplace leaders.

Life often moves at a relentless pace, leaving many men struggling to stay afloat. In the rush of work, family, and responsibility, it’s easy to drift—longing for a deeper relationship with God and with those who matter most, but feeling like there’s no capacity left to give. Over time, the things that matter most can slip through our fingers. What about you?

Soul of a Man creates space to step out of the current and reconnect—with God, with yourself, and with others. Through guided lessons, personal reflection, and plenty of room for rest, you’ll find renewal, perspective, and intentional steps for the road ahead.

Your Altar retreat is not the end of the journey but the beginning of a new one. The Altar Team is committed to walking with you, offering resources for continued soul care, leadership growth, and lasting transformation—for a greater life and a greater impact.
