Prayer Training Luncheon

Sunday, September 15 | 12:00 p.m. | Fellowship Hall | Oak Brook

We are living in very challenging times!

Now more than ever we need to know how to recognize the schemes and tactics of our unseen spiritual enemies.  We then need to learn how to use the supernatural power, gifts, abilities, and authority God has given every Christian to extend His kingdom on earth and set captive people free.

Please join us for Pastor Rick Glyman’s teaching about spiritual warfare.

Here are some of the topics we will address:

  • Who our spiritual enemy is and how to recognize his activity.
  • Explain the differences between angels and demons.
  • An in-depth analysis of the devil’s primary tactics.
  • How God equips and empowers us to respond to all of Satan’s schemes.
  • Understanding our spiritual authority in Christ and how to use it properly.
  • How to recognize and remove spiritual/emotional footholds & strongholds.
  • How to minister healing and freedom to others who the devil oppresses.

Pastor Rick will also be prepared to answer specific questions on this topic.  He will also offer guidance on specifically how to (and how NOT to) minister deliverance prayers for those desperate ones who are bound and brokenhearted and see no way out.

Here are several Scriptures you are encouraged to read in advance of our session that will help prepare you for this teaching.  I suggest you read and reread each of these passages several times and pray for the Holy Spirit’s illumination.

  • Ephesians 6:10–19
  • Luke 10:17–21
  • 1 Peter 5:8–9
  • James 4:6–7
  • 2 Corinthians 10:3–5

A light lunch will be served for $5.00 per person. Payable online, by cash or check at the event.
