High school groups and gatherings
Community is a catalyst for transformation
We all need friends and mentors to help us grow in our faith. High school students are invited to weekly gatherings where they can connect with God, mentors and friends and wrestle with the tough questions of life and how to follow Jesus.
Koinonia
Sundays | September–May | 7:00–8:45 p.m.
Oak Brook | Student Center
Koinonia, Greek for community, is the heart of our High School ministry. Our gathering includes worship, large group teaching and meeting in small groups with students within their same grade and gender. We spend time praying, building relationships and having fun! All of this, so students can follow Jesus in our complex world.
Koinonia Quest
Select Nights | September–May | 7:00–8:30 p.m.
Oak Brook | Student Center
Koin Quest gathers once a month and gives students space to serve, connect with community, worship and grow deeper in their faith. Each gathering offers a different opportunity to participate, build relationships and take a next step with God.
