Partner Trips
In addition to the 3 Global Outreach teams Christ Church is sending to visit our partners in 2023, many of our partners offer their own trips. Below are some of the opportunities to get involved in visiting and supporting our partners, which includes medical trips, internships, vision trips, and other projects. We pray that you listen to how God might be calling you to join one of our partners in this way.

Nigeria | Life Builders Ministries International | June 9th – June 19th

Medical Trip
Christ Church's partners, Emmanuel & Blessing Oluwayemi, work to transform communities in Lagos, Nigeria. Their organization, Life Builders, works in many avenues to support orphans and widows. Their work involves providing housing, teaching financial practices, sponsoring orphans, running a boarding school, and building hospitals. Life Builders' two hospitals help serve vulnerable communities which would otherwise not have access to healthcare. This year, a team from the Chicagoland area is heading to support the newest hospital with medical support. There are 4 spots available to join this team.

Villages in Partnership (VIP) works to transform communities in Malawi. By targeting six areas of development, VIP raises partner villages out of extreme poverty. VIP believes we are called to be partners, creating relationships and understanding with our brothers and sisters in Malawi. In addition to the team Women-to-Women team Christ Church is joining July 29 – August 4, VIP is sending two other teams. We invite you to explore these opportunities in more depth at the link below.
Jersualem | Musalaha
2 – 3 Month Long Internships
Christ Church partner, Daniel Munayer, is the Executive Director of Musalaha, an organization which seeks to bring reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians. Musalaha offers 2 – 3 month long internships. They welcomes undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professionals to work in their Jerusalem office, and in some cases, remotely. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year, with acceptance based on the applicant’s academic performance and the relevant professional background. Sign up to join their team!
