Research suggests that we no longer live in an era where Christian faith informs and shapes our approach to politics but instead, now live in a time when political ideologies shape our theology and approach to Jesus. This experience signals a difficult shift in that as Christians, we increasingly struggle to prioritize Jesus over political party. What does it mean to live with a mind toward God’s Kingdom? How can we learn to listen well and care for understand others, even when we disagree? How did we get here?

Join us for a significant conversation with our former lead Pastor, Rev. Dr. Dan Meyer. Dan’s voice has been a wise and discerning voice for almost three decades. He now serves as the chaplain in residence at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL. Dan is a seasoned pastoral leader with extensive experience in spiritual formation, organizational management, teaching, media and communications, fundraising and adaptive change. In addition to guiding the life of flourishing churches, Dan is a past board chair of Fuller Theological Seminary, an Emmy Award winning television host and an author.
