Many times life-change happens in smaller communities of people whether they are gatherings of men, women, or families at all stages of life. Small groups offer great opportunities to grow closer to new Christian friends and deeper in your faith. At Christ Church, the way we pursue life-changing discipleship is through small groups.
FRIENDSHIP BIBLE CLASS, a ministry for teens and adults with disabilities, is now in its 29th year at Christ Church. Beginning on Sunday, September 12, and alternating weeks through April, the group will meet once per month in-person (Sundays, 10:45–11:45 a.m. in Room 264) and once per month via Zoom (Sundays, 1:00–2:00 p.m.). Using The Gospel Project curriculum from Lifeway Christian Resources, participants will be presented with a chronological study of the Bible to learn about God's story of redemption. Each session will include a meaningful time of worship, a presentation of a Bible story video, lesson-related discussion and practical application, and prayer. Group members are given the opportunity to deepen their faith in the Lord and support each other through fellowship and prayer.
