Malawi GO Team

The purpose of this trip is to come alongside the under-resourced by stepping away from our lives and stepping into the lives of those who live in the most extreme conditions of poverty. 

Villages in Partnership has a group of staff who are working with the most vulnerable every day and they invite you to join them to see with your own eyes how you and Christ Church make a difference. Villages in Partnership currently serves more than 19,000 people residing in 26 villages. During our time in Malawi, we will be working with people from those villages: subsistence farmers, church and mosque leaders, chiefs, grassroots leaders, widows and orphans. We will work with the villagers on projects to address their greatest needs. We may be stomping in a mud pit to make bricks for the school or digging in fields to prepare for irrigation. You may be sitting at the feet of Jesus and not even realize it until you have gone home.
